What are Parent Meetups?
Parent Meetups are an opportunity to bring together parents and caregivers from Tower Hamlets to share parenting tips, ideas, and play inspiration.

EasyPeasy Parent Meetups Terms and Conditions
By registering to be a part of EasyPeasy Parent Meetups in Tower Hamlets, you agree to the following terms:
To complete the Parent Meetup process and successfully invite at least 3 other parents in Tower Hamlets to your group.
EasyPeasy will create your WhatsApp community and add you as the group leader. You will then be granted the ability to invite more members yourself.
You will be responsible for organising your parent meetup events.
You will receive the first part of your funding (£200) only upon submitting and sharing the action plan for your initial event within your Parent Meetup group on WhatsApp.
You will receive the rest of the funding (£50) once you have completed the follow-up survey, created a piece of content on the EasyPeasy app, and shared it via your WhatsApp group
The total funding you will receive from EasyPeasy is £250 sent in two instalments of £200 and £50 respectively.
Your Parent Meetup group will have a minimum of 4 people (including yourself). There is no maximum number of members for your group.
EasyPeasy will ask for your bank sort code and account number upon registration of your Parent Meetup group. We will store this information securely under GDPR-compliant conditions and will only use these details in order to pay you the funds for your meetup once you have completed the conditions mentioned in terms 4 and 5.
We will remove your bank details from our database no later than 30 days after the second payment has been made.
Funds will be transferred via a direct bank transfer only.
The final date for completion of term 5 to be eligible to receive the second funding instalment is 31 March, 2025. Requests for funds received after this date will not be valid.
Once you have received the second part of your funding from EasyPeasy, you are welcome to continue organising events and posting content on the EasyPeasy app from your Parent Meetup group.
