What is EasyPeasy?

EasyPeasy is a user-friendly app for parents and carers of children from birth to five that improves parental confidence and knowledge, developmental outcomes for babies and young children, and helps transform everyday parenting moments into playful learning experiences. 

 

Discover personalised content with activities recommended for you and your 0-5-year-old and explore thousands of ideas by popular topic areas and everyday parenting moments.

Is the content safe and how is it developed?

Content is generated by EasyPeasy and approved partners, including Speech & Language UK, Save the Children, the Scouts, and LEGO Foundation and is accredited by PIF Tick, the UK’s health content quality mark.

 

The programme also includes a diverse and inclusive peer-to-peer community, moderated by EasyPeasy; offering parents thousands of activities, tips, and guidance covering topics from child development to school readiness to parent wellbeing. EasyPeasy uses AI to recommend content that is relevant and personalised to every parent, practitioner, or carer.

Do parents have to pay to use the EasyPeasy app?

Our freemium service provides content-limited access to the EasyPeasy app at no cost to parents. Parents, carers, and early years practitioners can download the free version via the app store and engage with the content and advice in a limited capacity.

 

Our premium service is made available to parents and carers via our partnerships with local authorities. Get in touch with us to find out if EasyPeasy Premium is available for free in your area.

How do I download the app?

EasyPeasy is available to download now on iOS and Android devices by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device or searching 'EasyPeasy'.

Does the app involve screen time for children?

The EasyPeasy app involves no screen time for children, but rather helps parents create the playful, positive connections that will help their child grow and thrive, with everyday materials that parents will already have access to at home.

Can I register multiple children to my EasyPeasy profile?
EasyPeasy currently only supports the registration of one child on the app. We are aware that many of our users would like to register multiple children and our team is working on providing this feature in the near future.
 
To use EasyPeasy for another child currently, you can navigate to your profile and change the date of birth field to reflect the age of another child. This will automatically update your content feed and provide you with age-appropriate content for your second child.
Can I share EasyPeasy with my child's early years practitioner, nursery, or other setting?

You can engage your child's early years practitioner, nursery, or any other setting with the EasyPeasy programme; sharing tips, activities, ideas, and progress. You can easily 'favourite' and 'share' content via social media, WhatsApp, text, or other mobile channels directly from the app.

 

We also have a dedicated service for practitioners such as nursery room leaders, health visitors, and early years teaching staff. Find out more on our blog and share with your child's early years practitioners today. 

Do you have any guidelines in place for users?

Our community guidelines are in place to support our diverse community of parents, carers, families, and practitioners. Read them on our website or find them in a side menu in the EasyPeasy app.

Can I delete my data and account at any time?
EasyPeasy users are able to delete their account and data at any time. All you need to do is open the EasyPeasy app, click on 'Profile' in the bottom right of the screen, and then click the 3 horizontal lines on the top right of the screen. This will then display a blue side menu where you will find 'Delete account'. You will be able to set up another account in the future, following account deletion.
